Speakers, Workshops and all Activities are subject to change.

Payment Schedule – Prices subject to change. Payment of initial deposit locks in rate advertised at the time of initial deposit.

Deposit Deadlines

Initial Deposit – $50 per person
2nd Deposit – $125 due 1/15/18
3rd Deposit – $250 due 7/15/18
Final Payment – Balance due 8/01/18

Cancellation

The non-refundable cancellation fee of $200

Up to August 3, 2018, All monies paid less cancellation fee ($200) will be refunded
August 4 – September 12, 2018, will be refunded less $250 and cancellation fee ($200)
September 13 – No Refunds

Cabins and Suites

Travel protection is strongly suggested. Please note that if one guest in a cabin cancels it is the responsibility of the other guest to replace the canceled guest, pay the additional amount as a single or cancel. All cancellation fees will be the responsibility of each guest individually. Travel Protection Plan premiums are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Booking Terms and Conditions


Required deposits/payments must be up to date at all times to maintain cabin. Requests/cabins which do not have the required deposit/payment will be automatically canceled.

Guest Changes:


Name changes or additions are allowed at Royal Caribbean International’s discretion and are subject to cancellation charges and any applicable rate increases. Royal Caribbean International may impose a service fee for any correction involving names, and for any changes, supplement charges may also apply.

Medical or Physical Requirements:


Guest warrants that he/she and those traveling with him are physically and emotionally fit to travel at the time of embarkation. Any Guest with special medical, physical or other needs requiring medical attention or special accommodation during the voyage is requested to complete Royal Caribbean International’s Guest Special Needs Form at https://secure.royalcaribbean.com/allaboutcruising/guestSpecialNeeds.do
We recommend that any Guest who is not self-sufficient travel with a companion who shall take responsibility for any assistance needed during the voyage and in case of emergency.

Travel Documents

All staterooms, inclusive of the balconies, are an entirely smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in all guest staterooms and balconies. Guests who smoke in these areas will be assessed a $250 USD cleaning and refreshing fee. Prior to receipt of final payment and if for any reason accommodations are not available, Royal Caribbean International may substitute accommodations of the same or better quality on another of Royal Caribbean’s vessels.

You represent that you have reviewed the terms and conditions contained in Royal Caribbean’s Ticket Contract and agree to be bound by the terms therein.
